NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

October 17, 2010

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) of WATER SKI WAKEBOARD ONTARIO (WSWO) WILL BE HELD:

ON Sunday October 17th, 2010
AT 10:00 AM. (Eastern Standard Time)
AT Suite 209, 3 Concorde Gate, Toronto, Ontario M3C 3N7

for the following purposes:

1. To receive the reports of the Directors and any other person that the
     Directors determine shall or may make a report;
2. To receive the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31st,
     2010;
3. To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year;
4. To elect the Directors; and
5. To transact such further or other business as may properly come from the
    Meeting.

Positions for the volunteer board are available for consideration by members attending the AGM. Any members wishing to volunteer for a position on the Board are requested to complete the Nomination form and send it into the WSWO office by Wednesday September 15, 2010, at 5 p.m. (EDT). Each position shall be acclaimed if there is only one candidate. If there is more than one candidate, a vote of the members shall determine the candidate for the position in accordance with the bylaws of the association.

The current board is as follows:

VP Marketing: Eric Snidal
VP Schools: Geordie Newlands
VP Wakeboard: Jay Poole
VP Camps: Chris Evans
VP Barefoot: Mike Spence
VP Traditional: Steph Collins

Please notify the WSWO office should you attend the meeting. If you cannot attend, you are encouraged to exercise your vote using the Appointment of Proxy form. Please ensure notification of meeting attendance and delivery of the completed proxy to WSWO no later than Thursday, October 14th, 2010, at 5 p.m. (EDT).
