Please notify the WSWO office should you attend the meeting. The Annual General Meeting is open to all members; however, only valid 2011 active members have voting rights. The Annual General Meeting is your opportunity to learn about and provide input into your association and its programs, and to elect the Board of Directors.
If you cannot attend, you are encouraged to exercise your vote using the Appointment of Proxy form that can be found on our website. In accordance to item 3.08 of the By-Laws: Every member entitled to vote at a meeting of members may appoint, by means of a proxy, a person, who shall be a member, as his nominee to attend and vote for him at the meeting in respect of the election of directors and Officers of the Corporation. A proxy shall be in writing executed by or on behalf of the appointer. No person may represent by proxy more than one (1) member. Please ensure notification of meeting attendance and delivery of the completed proxy to WSWO no later than Thursday, October 27th, 2011, at 5 p.m. (EDT).
